Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Lightly grease a muffin tin. Mix the Kodiak mix with the baking soda and the cinnamon in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, Greek yogurt and the vanilla extract. In a separate small bowl melt the maple syrup and coconut oil in the microwave, until they are melted well. Mix the dry ingredients with the milky texture, then whisk in the melted coconut oil and maple syrup. Put the cut frozen berries into the mixture. Scoop the batter into the muffin tins, by pouring them about ¾ full. Bake at 175°C for about 20 minutes.
