Lamb Casserole for Babies

Ingredients: 1 tbsp oil, 1 onion, 200g stewing lamb steak, 2 tsp tomato paste, ¼ tsp mixed herbs, 1 sweet potato, 2 potatoes, 1 cup water.

Finely chop the onion. Cut the meat into 1cm sized pieces. Peel the sweet potato and potatoes and chop them into similar 1cm pieces. Heat the oil in a saucepan, put the diced onions and cook until they soften. Add the lamb and cook for a few minutes, until the meat turns brown. Put all the other ingredients and bring to boil. If needed, add some water, so that all the ingredients are covered with water. Put a lid on the saucepan and lower heat, until the casserole is simmering. Cook for about 40 minutes, until the meat is really tender. Stir occasionally. Let the casserole cool down, and blend in a food processor.
