Deseed and cut the dates roughly. Grind the almonds in a blender, and add the cardamom powder. Blend the dates with the powdered almonds cardamom mixture. Put the tablespoon of ghee in a pan, then add the dates almonds mixture and fry it on a low flame for about 3 minutes, until the dates are soft. Cool the mixture down, but make balls out of it, while it is still warm. Roll the balls in the desiccated coconut. Serve them cool.
